Adding Microsoft SQL Server Support to Laravel Forge

Installing the Microsoft and PHP dependencies needed to connect a Laravel Forge server to SQL Server.

Gather the server's sudo password and IP address from Forge.
Connect over SSH as the forge user.
Import Microsoft's signing key and add its Ubuntu package repository.
Install msodbcsql17, unixodbc-dev, and the sqlsrv and pdo_sqlsrv PHP extensions.
Enable the extensions for PHP 7.4 with phpenmod.
Restart PHP from the Forge dashboard.
